Research Participants Needed: How Do You Build a Leadership Model?

Research Participants Needed: How Do You Build a Leadership Model?

Are you a business or talent leader who is or was involved in the design of an organization’s leadership model?

If so, we would like to invite you to participate in a research effort for our Evolution of Leadership Models project. All you would have to do is send an email with a brief summary of your experience with creating leadership models in organizations.

For your participation, which involves a 60-minute, confidential telephone interview with members of our industry research team, you will receive:

  • A summary of the research report emerging from this study when ready
  • A science-based journal article (your choice of three)

Interested? Please email andreaderler@neuroleadership.com.

What are we studying?

Every year, the world’s organizations spend hundreds of millions of dollars on leadership development.

Yet, despite the immense leadership literature, and thousands of impressively complex leadership models, this massive endeavor is often failing where it matters most — creating the behavior change that makes people better leaders.

To bridge this gap, we want to investigate how firms create their leadership models, what motivates them to do so, and how they deploy them. For this, we need your help.

What are our key questions?

For this project, we will explore the following questions:

  • How do talent and business leaders go about defining their leadership models?
  • Are leadership models actually designed with leaders’ brain in mind?
  • Do leaders actually consider their organization’s leadership models memorable, meaningful, and actionable?

Talking to business and talent leaders about the process of designing leadership models is the first step in the process. So please get in touch!
