Beth Jones

Director, Product & Event Strategy

With more than 25 years of consulting, training, and facilitation experience, in a variety of business environments, Beth Jones is a dynamic group facilitator and an expert coach to individuals and teams striving to achieve breakthrough results. Her broad corporate experience includes consulting and facilitation assignments with companies such as Abbott, Accenture, American Express, Ameriprise Financial, AmerisourceBergen Drug Corp., Citibank, Covidien, Juniper Networks, Nokia Siemans Networks (NSN), Novo Nordisk, HighMark Insurance, Ochsner Health System, SunGard, T.Rowe Price, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, Dolby Labs, and Deluxe Corporation.

Beth leads many of the diverse global projects for the NeuroLeadership Group. Her current focus is helping clients rethink performance management systems so employees are truly supported in learning, growing, and contributing to overall corporate performance goals.

She holds a certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Her keen interest and commitment to the field is the result of experiencing the way neuroscience has better informed leaders and teams to deliver optimal performance in the workplace.

An avid cyclist, skier, ice climber, and hiker, she is committed to excellence and adventure in her personal life. Beth has completed five Outward Bound expeditions, one of which included climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. Her cycling and hiking have taken her to Europe, Bhutan, and Nepal. Beth lives in Ridgway, Colorado.
