Lead Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) practice area by acting as a Lead Consultant and Subject Matter Expert
Partner with clients on their D&I initiatives
Build a team of consultants and engagement managers to deliver D&I products/solutions
Partner with product development team to develop new and innovative products/solutions
Build partnerships and alliances with others in the practice
Deliver keynotes at industry conferences
Publish books, papers and blogs
Current active involvement and strong network in the Diversity & Inclusion functional community
Ability to see where Diversity & Inclusion issues and initiatives intersect with other HR and foundation practices
Understanding and experience with change models
Strong consultative and presentation skills
Experience presenting to senior level management to influence organizational leadership
Master’s degree in Organization Psychology/Development/Leadership, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related discipline, preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in organization development/change management/leadership development
